Can me and my cousin play Call of Duty 4 (PS3) online at the same time?

I just got Call of Duty 4 for my PS3 this past Sunday so I'm really new to it. Is it possible for me and my cousin to play online at the same time on my PS3 with a split screen? If so, how do I do this? Does he have to create his own account on my PS3?Can me and my cousin play Call of Duty 4 (PS3) online at the same time?
No not online, UNLESS your cousin gets a ps3 and a copy of the game.. Other than that it will just be you two playin on one system. Alone.. and believe me it gets BORING! Online is the way to go...

you can play split screen against each other but not online. the online is a 1 player per system setup. the only way you can play online together is if you get 2 modems or he plays at his house with another ps3 and a copy of the game
you can play split screen OFFLINE, but not on. I know that really sucks. Your friend would have to get his own ps3 and COD4
CoD4 doesn't do that sorry but Warhawk does! As long as the game your joining has the 2 player mode on then both can join on the same PS3.
No you can not play split screen online. However you can play split screen up to four people offline.

Yeah you can play Split screen but only against each other and you can play online.

you cant both play online unless u have two diff ps3's otherwise u can play one on one you against them thats all
