Then, when your PS3 is online, start up GTAIV and take out your cellphone.

You need either wireless internet or a ethernet cable and then you have to sign up for PSN(playstation network) and then you go to your phone on GTA 4 and go to multiplayer and select what game you want and thats it
u need an ethernet cable that plugs into the back of your PS3 and connect that cable to a modem
