How do I get a better connection with my wireless router and ps3?

I have a netgear wireless router and when i play ps3 online it is always lagging. Is there something i can do to my router so i can have a good and secure connection?


Like port forwarding or triggering?

Nothing short of getting wired! You ARE losing an average of 30 percent of your speed using home wireless. The latency is too high. Get yourself a networking cable.
