I really need to get my ps3 online and I'm not that good with computers so I don't know where to start. I already have a router I don't know how to set it up and also I'm not sure about the username and password since my mom set up the computer so is there anyway I can retrieve them because I don't think she knows them either. When the ps3 is on the log in screen go to the router and look for web key and type in the series of numbers. If that doesn't work try the ones next to it. Also some ps3's (and if the answer above didn't work) you will have to connect a ethernet cord from the router to the ps3.
