How Do I Level Up In Metal Gear Online PS3 ?

i'm sick of it always matching with players stornger than me ten times





i always get killed by one shot from them





if anyone know how to level up please tell me How Do I Level Up In Metal Gear Online PS3 ?
Well, its pretty simple.





All you have to do is use your skills (e.g. i choose runner, sniper.)





to level up, all you need to do is use these skills. the easiest one to level up should be the runner skill because you can run around and get your skill up at the same time. Same goes for the sniper skill, just hav the sniper equipped and kill people with it or just run around with it equipped and you are getting two skills up, runner and sniper.





My friend also said to level up, you can kill people of higher or same level as you.
